EVOLUTION ARC Discovery call

Evolution Arc · Transformational life coaching

Become the main character of your own life.

Evolution Arc pairs one-to-one transformational coaching with real-time brainwave feedback. You decide who you want to become. Soft tones let you hear, moment by moment, when your brain settles into the calm and focus you're practicing.

The approach

Three movements in every session.

Evolution Arc is coaching first. The brainwave feedback works like a mirror, helping you practice what the coaching opens up until it feels like yours.

  1. 01

    Set the intention

Each session opens with a conversation about where you are and what you want more of.

  2. 02

    Train the state

As you practice, soft tones let you hear when your brain moves toward the calm or focus you're working on.

  3. 03

    Carry it forward

You leave with a simple practice for the days ahead, so the change keeps going between sessions.

Programs

Start with the arc. Return for what you need.

Most people begin with The Arc. Mind Massage, Sleep and Performance build on it or stand on their own.

The Arc

From calm to clear intention.

A guided series that builds a calmer, steadier baseline, then points that calm toward the life you intend.

Where most people begin.

Mind Massage

Deep rest, guided by sound.

Unhurried relaxation sessions in which soft tones respond as you settle.

On its own, or between other sessions.

Sleep

Relax into better rest.

Evening wind-down training for people who want to rest more easily.

Relaxation and routine training. It is not care for a sleep disorder.

Performance

The states behind focus, precision and flow.

Practice the focused, steady state you want to bring to work, sport or the stage.

For students, professionals, athletes and performers.

Exploratory

For the curious.

These sessions explore states people have wondered about for centuries. Research on them is early, so they're offered as exploration rather than proven training, and only after Roey checks they're a good fit for you.

Manifest

Intention, held in a deeply focused state.

Settle into a calm, absorbed state, then rehearse your intention and the first real step toward it.

No claim that it changes anything outside you. The steps you take do that.

Threshold

Lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences.

Practice holding the edge of sleep, where lucid dreams and out-of-body experiences most often begin.

No claim that consciousness leaves the body. Not suitable for everyone.

Virtual reality, where it helps

VR can be incorporated into your sessions, from exploring an interactive 3D model of the brain to immersive, eyes-open training. A 2025 review of 24 studies found VR-based neurofeedback promising, especially for attention and relaxation, though the studies had limits. Castanho et al. ↗

About

Roey Hadad

Transformational life coach · Founder of Evolution Arc

Roey built Evolution Arc around a simple idea: change comes easier when you can see, hear, and feel it happening. He pairs one-to-one coaching with real-time brainwave feedback, so the calm, steadiness and focus you practice become something you recognize in your own body.

He keeps refining every Evolution Arc program in light of published research.

Questions

Good to know.

Anything else, ask on the discovery call.

Is Evolution Arc therapy?

No. Evolution Arc is self-regulation training and coaching, not therapy or medical care. If you work with a therapist or doctor, you're welcome to do Evolution Arc alongside that care, with their awareness.

Does anything go into my brain?

No. The sensors only listen. They pick up the tiny electrical rhythms your brain already makes, the way a microphone picks up sound. Nothing is sent back into your body. The feedback you get is sound through headphones.

Who is Evolution Arc for?

Adults, 18 and over, who are generally well and ready to grow, whether that means more calm, sharper focus, better rest or a clearer sense of direction.

If you're in treatment for a mental health condition or substance use, or have a seizure disorder or a recent head injury, please check with your healthcare provider before starting. Roey is glad to point you toward the right kind of support.

Where do sessions happen?

Wherever suits you. Sessions are mobile, so Roey can bring everything to you, or you can come to him.

What happens before the first session?

After a discovery call, you read a short participation agreement and answer a few brief questionnaires, which you can do on your phone a few days ahead. Your first visit starts with the Agency Check.

How long does a program take?

It depends on the program and your goals. Roey will walk you through the length and schedule on your discovery call.

Will I see my results?

Yes. After each session you get a simple snapshot of how it went. These are training observations to help you notice change, not medical findings.

What does it cost?

Each program is shaped around your goals, so Roey goes over the details, including cost, on your discovery call.

Begin

Start with a conversation.

The science

What the research shows, and where it stops.

Controlled studies in healthy adults suggest EEG neurofeedback can support relaxation, attention and performance in areas like music and sport, with some of the most consistent findings for alpha/theta training. The field is still young. Many studies are small, and when real feedback is compared with convincing sham feedback, differences often shrink, which suggests expectation and the training relationship matter too. Evolution Arc is built with that in mind: your coaching, your intentions and your brain's feedback work together, and no specific outcome is promised.

Moderate2003 · NeuroReport

Alpha/theta training and music under pressure

Conservatoire students who learned to raise theta over alpha rhythms performed better under stress, as rated by blinded expert judges. Other protocols and the Alexander technique did not show the same gain. Samples were small and mostly from one lab.

Neurofeedback and sport performance

A pre-registered meta-analysis of 21 randomized trials found a moderate positive effect on sport motor tasks (Hedges's g = 0.78). Better-designed studies showed larger effects. Most trials were small.

Neurofeedback and attention

Across 15 randomized trials, training improved attention modestly (SMD = 0.27). In the eight trials that compared it with sham feedback, there was no clear difference.

A double-blind sleep study

In adults with insomnia, real and sham feedback improved sleep complaints equally, pointing to trust, care and expectation. Objective sleep measures did not change.

The role of expectation

Argues that much of neurofeedback's benefit comes from motivation, expectation and the relationship with the trainer. Neurofeedback organizations disputed the paper, and the debate continues.

Measuring change

The Agency Check

Before and after a program, a short check-in with Roey helps you see how far you've come. It isn't a diagnosis or a test you can fail. It's a mirror that helps you notice change.
